Individual Coaching

Jeanne Rehema, is an AACC certified mental health and life coach. She is the holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and a financial mathematics certificate from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries. Jeanne worked in financial advisory as a pensions consultant for 2 years before pivoting to nouthetic coaching and ministry towards the end of 2020. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Bible, Missions, Theology and Counselling.

She is passionate about getting people re-established in the truth of the Word of God, and re-directed and re-grounded in moments of shaking.

With her faith based (nouthetic) coaching, Jeanne assists individuals to get unstuck, and rebuild healthy foundations of thinking and identity, thus guiding them towards holistic health and long-lasting personal growth.
Furthermore, her proficiency in financial management, and retirement planning make her an invaluable resource for those seeking assistance in these areas.
